   There are no goods and services offered by our Home for sale through our website. 
   
   
2. Return/refund policy
   Donations made, in terms of the Income Tax Act, 1962, are irrevocable.  As our Home is an approved Public Benefit Organisation, we would be issuing tax deductible receipts so donations made need to be bona fide donations. We are expressly prohibited from accepting any donation which would be revocable other than for a material failure to conform to the designated purpose and condition of that donation to be used by our Home.
   
   
3. Privacy Policy
   We will not divulge any information given to us by you and we do not ‘swop’ our donor database with anyone.  We use the information given to write a thank you letter and to issue a tax deductible receipt in terms of the Income Tax Act, 1962. There is, however, mandatory information which we require for these receipts.  We may from time to time send out appeals; newsletters and updates about our Home but all information will be kept confidential.
